Muhaajira operates muhaajira.com and the Wholesome Brand services described on it. Any question about your data, at any time: salaam@muhaajira.com.
What is collected
When you write to salaam@muhaajira.com or book the Audit through the booking page, your name, your email address and whatever you choose to share are received. When you become a client or a GetSabab subscriber, the details the work requires are kept: contact details, agreements, and the materials you share for the work itself.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to deliver the service you booked, and to keep the record of the work. The lawful basis is the contract you enter, and, for a first reply, a legitimate interest in answering your salaam.
What never happens
Your information is never sold, never rented, never passed to advertisers, and never used to build a profile of you. No analytics, no ad pixels and no trackers run on this site. There is no newsletter you did not ask for.
Who else touches what.
A small, named list. Each one holds only what its job requires, and none of them receive your data for advertising.
Cloudflare
Serves these pages from its network. Its edge may set a strictly technical cookie for security and routing. It is not used for measurement or advertising.
Google Fonts
The typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens.
Cal.com
The Audit is booked through cal.com. The details you enter there are held by Cal.com to manage the appointment.
Zoho
Email to and from salaam@muhaajira.com is hosted with Zoho.
The payment provider
When GetSabab subscriptions begin, billing runs through a payment provider. Card details are never stored on this site or by Muhaajira directly.
How long it stays, and what you can ask.
Under the UK GDPR these rights are yours, and they are honoured, not argued with.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Client records are kept as agreed in the work, and longer only where the law requires. Ask at any time and your information will be deleted where no legal duty says otherwise.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability: all of them. Write to salaam@muhaajira.com and you will receive a response within one month.
If you are not satisfied
Say salaam first, and the matter will be put right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
